Our classes start with an introduction to the recipes, followed by hands-on cooking. We finish with a tasting of the delicious dishes and drinks (depending on your option).

Our classes are ideal for people who want to arrange unusual events that are adventurous but still enjoyable. You could request a cooking demonstration with tasting samples for large audiences or a Sake Tasting and Japas (Japanese tapas) event. Or you could go for a proper hands-on lesson in a professional kitchen, where will be shown all their kitchen secrets.
